What to write about
Things we can actually help with
- A chart looks wrong
- Tell us the date, time and place you entered and what you expected. Birth-time handling — historical timezones, wartime DST, pre-1955 local mean time — is the fiddliest part of this craft, and we want to know the moment we get one wrong.
- Your town is missing
- If the place search cannot find where you were born, send us the name and the district. We add places on request, and a missing birthplace makes the whole tool useless to you.
- Something is broken
- A page that will not load, a button that does nothing, text that overflows on your phone. Tell us what device you are on and we will chase it down.
- Delete my data
- Ask, and we remove the charts and the account tied to you. You can also write to us at the same address about anything under the DPDP Act 2023 — access, correction or grievance.
