How your purchase reaches you
Shipping & delivery
Last updated: 5 August 2026
Nothing on Modern Panditji is posted to you, because nothing we sell is a physical object. The one thing you can buy is a pack of messages to Panditji, and it is delivered by being credited to your account the moment the payment is confirmed — usually within seconds, with no address, no courier and no delivery charge.
- Nothing is shipped, because nothing is physical
- We sell no gemstones, no yantras, no rudraksha, no printed kundlis and no puja bookings — the only thing you can buy on this site is a pack of messages to Panditji. So there is no shipping address to give, no courier, no tracking number and no delivery or handling charge, now or later. If a page ever asks you for a postal address in order to sell you something, it is not us.
- What delivery means here
- Delivery is the messages being credited to the account that paid for them. Once they are there, the balance shows in the chat and you can spend it straight away. Nothing is emailed to you and nothing has to be downloaded or installed — the pack is simply live on your account.
- When it happens
- As soon as the payment is confirmed, which is normally a matter of seconds. The confirmation that triggers it comes from the payment gateway rather than from your browser, which is the part worth knowing: if you close the tab, lose signal during the bank’s verification step, or your UPI app never returns you to the site, the pack still arrives. The money moved, so the delivery follows.
- Where we deliver
- Anywhere the site loads — there is no geography to a message balance. Payment is the part with a boundary: the account currently accepts domestic Indian payments only, so a card issued outside India is declined at checkout rather than after. Nothing is taken from you in that case.
- How long a delivered pack lasts
- Each pack is good for a set number of days from the moment it is credited, and the number is shown on the pack before you buy and in your account afterwards. Where you hold more than one, the pack expiring soonest is spent first, so a second pack never wastes the first. Free questions are always spent before purchased ones.
- If it does not arrive
- On the rare occasion a payment succeeds and the pack does not appear within a few minutes, write to contact@modernpanditji.com with the payment id from your Razorpay receipt. We check it against the payment record and credit the pack by hand. If it turns out the payment never completed, that is not a delivery problem but a reversal — the refund policy covers what happens next.

Everything else about a purchase
What a pack costs and how far it goes is on the pricing page. Getting your money back is the refund and cancellation policy. The agreement the whole purchase sits under is the terms. Anything not covered by those reaches a person at contact@modernpanditji.com.
