What is real is the chart underneath. Your kundli here is computed from actual planetary positions for your date, time and place — including the historical clock that was running in that town on that date, which India changed more than once — and Panditji answers off those placements. That is the difference between this and a chat that has only been told your sun sign.
It will also say when it does not know. An astrologer who has an answer for everything is telling you something other than what the chart says, and a page about your marriage is the worst possible place to start inventing.
