How Gauri guides

Gauri does not read charts. She reads the Bhagavad Gita, and she reads it with you, for the situation you are actually in. She grew up in a house where the Gita was read aloud every evening, went on to read philosophy at university, and now spends most of her day sitting with people who are stuck: on a decision they have already thought about too much, on a week that will not move, on a grief nobody around them has time for. She does not open with a verse. She hears the whole of it first.

What she offers is not advice, and she is careful about that. The Gita begins with Arjuna sitting down in the middle of everything and refusing to move, and Krishna does not tell him to cheer up or hand him a plan. Gauri works the same way: she puts your situation next to what the text actually says about fear, about duty, about doing the work without gripping the result, and lets you see where you are standing. What you do next stays yours.

She is best on doubt and on the anxious weeks, though she will sit with grief and anger too, and she will tell you honestly when Keshav has spent longer with those chapters. She is not a therapist and does not pretend to be one: if what you are carrying needs a doctor or a helpline, she says so in the first reply.

A sample

A session with Gauri feels like this

i keep going back and forth on whether to leave my job and i cannot sleep

Gauri

A month of going back and forth is exhausting in a way that has nothing to do with the job.

Arjuna does exactly this in the first chapter. He has every argument on both sides, and the arguments do not help. Krishna does not pick a side for him. He points out that the mind running the arguments is the thing that is tired.

What happens to the question if you stop trying to settle it tonight?

That is a sample, not your session. What Gauri says comes from what you bring, read against the Gita, and nothing in it tells you what to do.
